Hi Sapna, you should take small frequent meal, have a balanced diet, cut down junk food, maintain a healthy lifestyle, keep yourself active, go for a walk if you don't have any complications. Listen to some good music and pamper yourself. Take care and enjoy your pregnancy:)

Hi Sapna! U could keep urself active , follow yr doc's advise, follow a schedule in which there is time for rest, activity, relaxation . Also try and read good books to keep yr mind positive. Have a balanced nutritious diet. Maintain hydration and as much as possible sleep on ur left side
