Hi Gurpreet Kaur !add fiber in your diet, such as whole grain cereals, bajra, ragi etc. maintain hydration, cut down intake of caffeine. Also do not lie down immediately after having meals. You could walk at home itself ,unless advised by your doctor not to. For fissure please consult your doctor, as it will cause bleeding in stools due to fissure which might affect your hb.

Hi Gurpreet Kaur have healthy diet and add fibre in your daily diet. Have daliya, salad, fruits , pulses etc. And apply coconut or boroline in your anal area. Wear loose clothes. Drink 3 to 4 litre water in a day. Take soak raisin in morning with warm milk. Do walk and do some exercises. Twke good sleep.

Diet changes would impact slowly. I have the same problem and I used to take sitz bath. sit on the luke warm water and switch to cold water before and after passing the stool. it used to give me some kind of relief and my fissure gone for years.. If you are pregnant.... there are certain bowls you could buy from Amazon to try. Good Luck. Also, I used to use xylocain ointment and it numbs the anal area before passing the stool,so.. i wouldn't flench
