hlo sisters I got my periods last month dec 1st after my delivery now my baby is 10month.. this month I didnt get.. I tested its negative is this normal or not

Hi harini shyam ! It takes some time to regularize period after delivery due to the hormonal changes. Gradually it will be on time to time. But during this period one should never take the chance as ovulation can happen anytime. You should take all the necessary precautions while maintaining relations.

harini shyam this is absolutely normal.. during breastfeeding and due to fluctuations of hormones this might happen. Dont worry light walking is suggested. I got very much help from this blog.
