Homework problem

My 3yrs. Kid is never interested in doing homework or holding pencil even. how can I convince him doing his homework regularly. plz suggest.

pl don't push too hard he is very young , understand what he like n make your way according to him. for example I didn't stop my daughter for writing on the walls no matter how much notebook, slate, black boards, chart papers I bought for her but she likes to write on the walls. but she went to play school her teacher told me she holds the pencil or color perfectly.
