how much solid should I feed at one meal to my 7 month old?

as per experts answer here, we may feed three semi solid meals to a 7 month old. I want to ask how much in terms of ml or a bowl should I feed her at once? I give her one medium sized banana mashed in BM and mix amlond into it. is this enough as a meal?
