Hi bindu first hearty congratulations. for increasing breastfeeding milk you have to take more milk and veggies. add more garlic to your curries, it will help to increase ur breastfeeding. one thing you need to know that what you will eat is feeding same thing to your baby. so eat easy digestible foods. take veggies in form of soups also. all the best and take care of your baby.

Hi Bindu, there are several methods like you can take lactonic granules powered with milk, secondly drink a lot of water n milk, have a lots of veggies and lastly u can take fenugreek seeds( methi Dana ) empty stomach twice a day, with this u can see the effect in three days. I have tried this myself.
