How to loose weight and belly fat after childbirth?

Please tell easy and feasible ways to loose weight. I had normal delivery and my child is 6 months old.

Do not do more excercise. As it will burn more enrgy which effect on brestmilk. Jst eat. Healthy food. Do not eat fatty food. And after2-3 mth you will loose your weight automatically by appropriate breastfeeding. Because it is a natural process of weight gaining n loosing during child birth.

Wrap a cotton light dupatta around your tummy tightly for around 3 months. need not do it while having food and sleeping time. This is the way I reduced and is followed in south India. Give good oil massage to your tummy and splash warm water bit warmer with someone's help. Climb up n down of stairs. do surya namaskara with a yoga trainer. it has got all the postures to reduce and burn fat. Keep drinking warm water through out. Do not sit or sleep soon aft food intake.
