Please tell easy and feasible ways to loose weight. I had normal delivery and my child is 6 months old.

Do walking n exercese or yoga

Do not do more excercise. As it will burn more enrgy which effect on brestmilk. Jst eat. Healthy food. Do not eat fatty food. And after2-3 mth you will loose your weight automatically by appropriate breastfeeding. Because it is a natural process of weight gaining n loosing during child birth.

Wrap a cotton light dupatta around your tummy tightly for around 3 months. need not do it while having food and sleeping time. This is the way I reduced and is followed in south India. Give good oil massage to your tummy and splash warm water bit warmer with someone's help. Climb up n down of stairs. do surya namaskara with a yoga trainer. it has got all the postures to reduce and burn fat. Keep drinking warm water through out. Do not sit or sleep soon aft food intake.

First try to introduce sm solid to baby then he will nt dat much depend on breastmilk ..after dat you can take fruit diet for 1 week u can loose 5 kg ... Keep in mind dat it will decrease ur milk supply ...
