Hi Rimjhim, Fears are a normal part of childhood—and so is learning to get over them. Help your child talk about what’s frightening her in education. may be the subject. Yea ofcourse. defenetly the best way of encouraging children to learn and study. When learning engages children in areas and subjects of interest, learning becomes fun and children engage in learning. If you really want to help your child to become a good learner, encourage her to explore topics and subjects that fascinate her. If she likes fantacy, help her find engaging and interesting books and stories about fantacy. Hi Rimjhim Roy ! If a child is gifted after completing every task she might find it exciting initially but later on it might become a habit and the expectations might increase with time. you will have to find ways to make studies exciting for her. For instance look for her preferential style of learning. is it that she learns better by listening, by seeing or by doing? Once you are aware of that you can make studies interesting for her by following that clue . Also genuine praise for every right answer, or even trying might motivate her to further put in efforts and even complete a task. So offering Gift once in a while for achieving bigger targets, genuine praise, no nagging ,and constant support might reinforce and she would take interest in studies. here is a blog you might find useful.
