how to make sit while eating food

guyz its exercise for us they r helping us to maintain our figure. .. jokes apart u can try to feed her when u ppl sit hv ur food I gv plate to my daughter when she was 1. 9 it doest matter hw she eat I allowed her to eat by herself when we use to sit for lunch or dinner or breakfast .. then I ll run behind her slowly they ll learn it ok actually its really good when u run behind them good for them n good for us too try to gv him plate spoon n teach him he ll learn soon all the best ..

hi mahesh,.. Thanks for ur suggestions. we used sit together on breakfast the time we be together. But she never sit and have brkfast instead she climb and jumb on chair and table roam here and ter. ..

its of dont take tension leave it asha more v ll run they ll doo all they can ,to trouble us so most of the things its better to leave once u leave and see tell him if u want u eat or else its up to u most of the time I do this so she proper at her works she ll sit n hv it she ll do her wrk by her self I ll keep her busy whole day let him run once he s tired he ll sit
