my daughter is 2 year 7 months,she just join dplay group. Now I want to go back on my work. how can I manage my job and my daughter. i've a nuclear family. my daughter 's school timing nd my job timing will odd. I m going towards depression. pls suggest me any thing.

Hi Shally , same here. My daughter is 2. 10 month, i got a job and that starts from 12 and ends at 6 in the evening i was also confused then i decide to put her in a day care from 12-6 for 2 month when she will reach 3 then i will admit her to nursury till thn only day care.
