Hi Divyata Malpekar My sister is also blessed with twin boys. So in her case her mother in law has helped a lot along with a full time maid. With twins u have to divide ur time for both till the time u r breastfeeding. After that one close member has to take responsibility of one baby(for weaning, bathing etc). In twins, both are of opposite nature. one would be adjusting and other would be not. So the one who can adjust can be handled by mother in law and u can take care of one who is bit stubborn. Just spend ur time with both for playing. Rest of the things u handover to MIL and maid(if possible) and u also eat well and take rest. All the best.

Divyata Malpekar: hi i am a mother of twin girls (17 months now). As a psychology student i understand there is a difference between the habits of boys and girls. But still if i could be of any help to u i would be really happy. Since my girls were born i made it a point to bring similar things for them spl toys (colour diff is acceptable). i have been telling them since they were 8-9 months old that "u have a sister and u should love her" and believe me when any one ask them whose ur sister, they alwaz promptly answer by pointing out to each other. i alwayz give them toys or any other things by telling them that "this one is for u and the other one for ur sister". they do hit each other at times but then i make them understd even 1000 times "do not hit ur sister". so they have gradually now understood this habit of sharing, loving, giving things to "sister".

Hi Divyata... I am mother of twin boys too who are 10 months old. Your query felt like you took the words from my mouth. Both my boys are very active and yes they put every thing in the mouth. Pull each others toys. Me n my hubby always try the deviation method... when both want the same thing.. Deviate one showing something else that attracts them. Pulling it from one and giving to another was terrible as I would make both cranky.. So deviating them worked well.
