Hi Hema, do some yoga and exercise, drink luke warm water and you can also use abdominal belt. Avoid rice, potatoes and fatty foods.

Hema using belt is effective if usage within 3 months post delivery.... you should have had conscious on this before but this is best option for reducing tummy... I had c sec & started using aft 1 month since I had wound... you won't believe I lost my 14 kgs... don't worry and try remaining things like doing yoga, exercises.... there is a separate workout for tummy which you can advise from ur gyno... As pulamo said avoid rice, you know one thing rice alone is not helping you to feed ur child... have less rice, more veggie, soups, juices without sugar, friuts, dry fruits.... besides all these you keep continue breastfeeding & you will get reduced certain amount of weight... once you weaning breastmilk you can different diet and don't lose confident, you have enough time and don't waste ur time on this for few months.... be chill & have cherisable moment wit ur baby... let baby reach 1 yr then you move on these things full pledged....
