how to stop breast feeding

Hello my baby is 1 year 10 months old and I want to stop him for breast feeding. kindly give me some suggestions for the same

All of the sudden you can't stop breast feeding which will affect both you & baby physically & mentally. Gradually try reducing number of feeding. When he wants milk offer him with some solid food or introduce him some cow milk. Keep him engaged with some activities or replace with food, fruit juices or cow milk when he wants your milk. As you reduce the number of times of feeding, then your milk secretions gets reduced gradually. i'm also in the process. Successfully stopped in day hours. In night hours you can practise with sipper, glass, bottle whichever your baby can replace with.
