how to stop breastfeeding at night

my baby is 10 months old. i want to stop breastfeeding at nights. he is sleeping with nipples on his mouth. I can't sleep well though night. he wakes 6-7 times in night after 30-40 mints. I m very tired all day because of sleep. all nights are like nightmare to me. plz give some advice.

hi kjran sharma ! u could serve him a sip of water instead at night.. take help of his father to make him sleep .within a few days time he will get used to it..

its all about how you make them habitual of not taking that last comfort feed. ask someone else in the family to make youe baby sleep at night. i have done this and it helps a great deal

give formula milk before sleepp or feed some food.... otherwise u will b tired
