How to treat hyperactive child in yoga? My child doesnt do and play when I ask him to do yoga along. please guide..

hi Shilpa! if u could involve more children of his age group and organise sessions, including a talk, with discussion on benefit of each aasana and steps on how to do it, I believe that would keep him as well as others motivated . also similar thing can be done with mothers as well a fathers in the neighborhood. anyone who is an expert in yoga in your circle can do that. hope this helps!

yoga needs a controlled environment and guidance. i think we all are not capable to delivering it to the level required. Plus I completely agree to what shikha said... so try and choose a balance between the two. which is get more of his friends and have a controlled environment.
