Came across a mobile application for schools that has an integrated module for children with special need, along with it being a parent school communication tool. one can send notices, events, alerts, homework, timetable, results parent teacher chat, upload photos all through the app. It also had a real time bus tracking facility. Has online fee payment option and online library management. Seemed like a green solution for schools as schools would go paper free. wanted a poll as to how many parents would be interested in such a app and how iseful would it be .

Hi Megha, My son's schools uses a parent school communication system it's not a third party app but developed by the school's tech team. We have weekly class newsletter, weekly school newsletter, homework, photos, progress report, attendance, after school activity registration, school calendar with events, school hand book information, info on students' nurse room visits, medical records, everything that's related to school and student. It's a extremely useful. But the tool's effectiveness mainly depends on how committed the teachers and the admin staff are to update the information. It's in fact a major task as it's not one time update. it would be a total waste if it's not constantly updated. So the decision of whether to invest on such tool has to be made after consulting the staff and teachers though parents will benefit a lot from the tool.

I accept as true with that a mobile app for schools can be quite useful for both dad and mom and students, especially when it comes to communicating with instructors and keeping track of vital school-related information. The fact that this particular app additionally has an integrated module for children with specific needs is a great introduced bonus, as it helps to make the school environment extra inclusive and accessible for everyone. I recommend every parent to check it. From my own experience, I have observed that having access to a mobile app that presents real-time updates on homework, schedules, and events has made it much less complicated to stay organized and on pinnacle of things. It has also allowed me to communicate extra easily with my child's instructors and get a better understanding of their growth in school. Overall, I think that a mobile app like the one described ought to be a game-changer for schools and parents alike, in particular in terms of streamlining communication and making vital information more without problems accessible. I would definitely be interested in the use of such an app and I imagine many other mother and father would be as well.
