Please look for other signs and symptoms such as child is fidgety, blurts out answers even before question is finished, not ready to take turns, can't sit still for even few minutes, can't concentrate, has incomplete assignments, will keep moving his leg or hands etc. If you notice all or most of these traits in his behavior often, it is advisable to visit a child psychologist or an expert who will be able to guide you with this. This is not something child is doing wilfully. With the help of an expert you will be able to channelize his energies in the right direction. Hope this helps!!

hi again!Henna I understand grandparents are fond of their grandchildren and they feel there is no cause of concern. it is advisable to consult a child psychologist as he would give behavioral therapy and help him channelize his energies in the right direction. Yes with years u might notice just a slight improvement but inattentiveness and concentration might have to be worked upon with the help of an expert or the problem at hand might worsen. hope this helps!
