I am 6 month pregnant I am gaining so much weight what can be done or please suggest me some diet to follow

Hi komala ! How much weight have u already gained? U can focus on nutrition and take protein, iron , calcium rich diet. whenever you r hungry take salads, fruits, home made paneer. Bring a change in the method of cooking. use roasting and steaming rather than deep frying. Also do consult your doctor ,if u feel something is not right.

Weight gain between 12 to 16 kgs is quite okay during pregnancy.. however if u feel uncomfortable due to weight gain ,please do discuss the same with ye doctor.

Hi komala .. as you are in your 6th month weight gain is normal for a pregnant lady and that too till 15 to 17 kg of your base weight prior to pregnancy .....this is a part of pregnancy circle as the water retention increases in the body .....but if the weight gain is more than this prescribed limit, it is a state of concern... you must have an active not tiring routine of work with mild exercises.... but these exercises must be done after consulting the doctor ....you must have green leafy vegetables fruits milk salads soups Dahi lassi at regular intervals of time during the whole day.... try to remain away from deep fried food home cooked food is best for you.... you can use alternate cooking methods like steaming boiling baking Shallow frying for a healthy diet ...you must control your sugar and salt intake also
