Dear Megha; u have already gifted ur husband d greatest present possible by bringing lo to him dis yr. karwachauth is a ritual for husband's well being as per my knowledge. He is already very well on arrival of ur baby. U need extra calories to breastfeed ur baby n get well soon. please perform d ritual next year. I hope he will be happy. Apart from fasting u can arrange a family get together on dat day n do everything else which is done on dat day. We bengalies dont know much but what I understand is mother n baby's well being is priority at dis point of time.
