Babycare

I am first time mom .my baby is 3 days shy to 4months and her head is still wobly when I make her to sit with support. She is able to turn her head and lift her head during tummy time and she is turning sides .Elders are giving me complex that head is still wobly and she is not rolling back to tummy. I don't know what to say when anyone comments about this

Hi Swati, I can understand your concern but the fact is every child is different and grows at their own pace to reach the milestone and slight delay of 1-2 months in reaching any milestone is completely fine. So please do not worry and enjoy motherhood.

swati hi . head of the baby takes at least 5 to 6 months to become stable. so first of all you must try to be patient with the child . . and don't get disheartened by what other people say . . sometimes it becomes obviously very depressive and sad . . when you hear comments from the others . .but please don't get disheartened. . the baby is doing fine if she is active . . taking her feed properly . . her lifting head during tummy time . and turning sides . . every flower has a blooming time and the gardener has to wait . . so please be calm and patient with the progress of the child
