I delivered Normally 10 months back.. From last 3_4 months I am suffering from very pathetic BACK PAIN, earlier it was happening at night time but these days. whole day doing Exercises but no relief at all.

Veena Your breastfeeding postures would cause back pain. It is always advisable to have baby near chest and do not bend when you feed your baby. Lean on some thing, Keep a pillow for support at the back and sit comfortably when you feed your baby.

Avoid bathing in cold water, as it can strain the muscles, and make the back pain more severe. Take a deep breathe, tighten your abdominal muscles. Hold this for 3 counts, and then exhale slowly. This would bring a sense of warmth and positivity and would ease the discomfort of your back pain. Avoid carrying your little on one hip for long durations. Veena
