I had miscarriage before 3 months now again we are planning for baby. is fertisure M and fertisure F is good or any side effect because we used this medicine before first pregnancy & suddenly miscarriage occurred plz suggest .

Alpha dont worry, if last time. Miscarriage happened, then it doesn't mean this time also. it could happen. Firstly visit an experienced gynaecologist for a checkup and prescription if appropriate tests and supplements. Take adequate rest , remain calm and stress free. Take a healthy high protein diet , avoid eating outside, travelling, heavy work and intercourse. There are many causes of miscarriages ,sometimes a cause can't even be identifiable. Your doctor can assess the cause and treat accordingly
