Helo Arpita you can take fruits with you. You can prepare your own instant mix using various grains and rice. Roast rice and moong dal separately powder it. You can add hot water and give this for your baby. This way you can prepare roasting groundnut, poha and bengal gram. Even you can add ghee to enrich the taste and energy. You can also powder poha and bengal gram after roasting and take with you. Just by adding hot water you can give your baby.
