I'm a mom for 7 month baby. I gained 15 kg after my delivery. I need to reduce my weight also need to reduce my tummy first. can any one give me suggestion.

Hi Sarnya, you can use abdominal belt. start yoga and light exercises, walk at least 1/2 morning and evening. Avoid rice and potato, dink luke warm water if not always at least early in the morning.
