Breastfeeding is considered ti boost immunity then why is my daughter catching up with cold,cough n sorethroat quite frequently... she is 8months n on Breastfeed no top feed yet ...

Yes breastfeed increases immunity. But hygiene, weather change, cough cold fever to any body at home might be the reason. In this scenario it's really important to carry some strict hygiene, check up with pedc is important. You can introduce some semi solid also as your baby is now 8m,before starting consult pedc.

Change in weather, dust etc can cause cold and cough in babies.. its not really about weak immunity.. could be a lot of factors.. could be an allergy to some perfume or talc too.. consult your pediatrician..
