my daughter is 2. 6 months old but her immunity is very low. she fell sick every month. please suggest to improve her immunity.

give him a lots of protein in his every day diet. like egg,poultry,fish. milk or milk based food. soya bean, tofu. hol grain dal. nuts,dry fruit etc.

Pulses (dals) have a lot of protein. you can give moong dhuli, masur dhuli, arhar, urad dhuli, chana dal and chilka dals.

I can understand it is tough for any mother to see her child sick. Give your little one lots of immunity boosting foods like almonds, nuts, yogurt and citrus fruits.

Hi khushboo. Chhote bachho ki immunity low hoti hai, iska sabse achha upay hai ap usko breastfeeding krwao, kyoun mother milk se bachho ko sare nutrition milte hai and mother milk me prebiotics naturally hota h jo ki bachho ki immunity ko strong banata hai. So don't try anything for your 2. 6 month old baby. And also take advice to your doctor.
