Mix lactare powder in milk and have this twice in a day. If you are not comfortable to have milk use Lactare capsule thrice a day. this helped me a lot. Try this.

hi regarding food habits i think u hav got pretty lot suggestions already from the comments. but i would like to mention that including all this may help to increase the bm as well as you need to make the baby suckle the milk. more the suckling the more the milk is produced by the body. every body produces milk acording to the need n demand . its a suckling reflex. so keep feeding ur baby always mayb less than every 2 hrs . ur bm ll definitely increase.

You can try having milk at least twice a day, take methi in all forms as fit to you, statavari really helps, include lot of garlic in preparation, eat good and imp take good amount of fluids.. water as well as soups, juices.. last and most important it's all about demand and supply.. so keep feeding your lo or pump milk at regular intervals.. Happy feeding momma.. take care..
