Increase height

1 to 3 years

My son is three years old and attends playschool. I wish to know ways of increasing his height. His current height is almost 90 cm. He eats all kinds of food & also plays a lot at home & in school. His weight too is appropriate as per his doctor. His father is tall(almost 6ft) so no genetic issues.

Take him for regular cycling or some other outdoor games. It really helps. Children gain height till 17-18 yrs of age .

Hi Charuta ! I believe it is too early to be concerned about child's height. As child would grow up he would definitely gain height. As of now u cud let him enjoy this phase . When he is 7/8 years old u cud make him play basket ball, cycling, he can try his hands on monkey bars etc. As of now u cud add proteins to his diet by giving him one egg everyday, dals , cheese , paneer, soybean, sprouts etc. So balanced diet + lot of activity + gene pool would definitely make him reach there .
