Hello Karthikeyan, there are some food items that are very good for gaining weight. 1)butter/ghee 2)ragi 3) ripe bananas 4)egg yolk 5) potatoes 6) daal 7) Soya milk /Soya chunk. Try to include these food items in your child's diet chart. PLEASE CONSULT A GOOD PEDIATRICIAN FOR A PROPER DIET CHART FOR YOUR BABY.
