I feel acidity every day. This is my second month. what can I do to get relief from acidity?

It's common till starting 3 mnths ( 1st trimester).. Drink coconut water, lots of warm water. Don't drink citrus juices or fruits till 1or 2 mnths or whenever u ll gastric or acidity prblm.. No need to hv any medicine fr this.. as my doc told nt to hv any medicine fr gastric or acidity... Thts y I m telling u.. Most imp walk... Walk fr half an hr or 1hr atleast after every miles.. at yr home also u cn walk.. At night can't go out so walk in ur Hall.. It's as per ur choice.. After 1st trimester u ll feel relief frm acidity.. Just walking is compulsory.. :)

Acidity is very common during whole pregnancy period. U shud avoid oily, spicy dishes, citrus fruits, coffee, ketchup, pickles etc. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink 8-12 glass of water everyday. U can take coconut waterd daily. Also, My gynec hs suggested me monozym, an ayurvadic syrup, it ws very helpful to me.

Hello... I too experienced acidity in my first trimester.. Had coconut water daily. It helped me a lot. Hope it works for u as well

Have ginger water first in the morning. It helped me a lot during my 1st trimester.
