Hi.. my daughter is 9 yrs nd worried about her increasing weight which is now 49 kgs.. plzz suggest some interesting ways to loose weight nd a diet plan too.

Can avoid junk foods. If she loves pizza,fries occasionally she can have home made ones but avoid outside foods. Give her lot of fluids, fresh citric fruit juices like lemon , orange. encourage her doing walking, jogging, running,playing or join with her so that it would turn fun for her. consult good dietician too.
