hello all. I m 40 weeks pregnant, want to attempt vbac, but there are no strong contractions. only mild to moderate and baby's head is down but not in pelvis yet. cervix is dilated 2cm and effaced 50%. please suggest what I can do. thanks in advance.

hi Revtig! u should follow your gyneac's advise and don't delay waiting for vbac.... so please be in regular touch with your obs-gyne. wish u a safe delivery . tkcare. do keep us in the loop .

thanks Shikha Batra . gynae is ok to wait for next 2-3days, has suggested walking. so wanted to check if there are any other possibilities..

thanks nitin .. yes, we are good now, recovering. we did try for a vbac but due to complications had to go for repeat C-section.
