You have to feed her every 2 hours. Wake her and feed. Lactogen and nan pro are good for bottle feeding if milk s insufficient. Drink milk, take fenugreek and cumin seeds, have papaya it really helps in increasing milk.

Yes wake up baby and feed him. For insufficient milk supply lactonic granuals available on chemist shop can be taken two spoons with a glass of milk. I have heard about shatavari powder that it is good but not used it.

I am a mother of twins of 3 mnths. I too used dexolac but it made one of my baby spit often and it got increased as time passed by. Later used Nan pro and its very good when compared to dexolac. Nanpro is lighter than dexolac similar to mother's milk and most importantly it doesn't form bubbles when shaken to mix the formula preventing the child from bloating or colic which happened with my twins when dexolac is used. NANPRO is best according to me. But you see how your baby responds to it. To increase milk, feed her for every 2 hours and don't miss to feed in nights as feeding baby during night helps in increase of breast milk. Certain foods such as fenugreek, Green Papaya and Garlic are very helpful. I faced the insufficiency of breast milk for my twins and now I am able to feed both of them maximum with breast milk except for once or twice a day.
