insufficient breast milk

I have tried so many things... taking proper diet... but still unable to statisfy my child hunger 1_2 times or sometimes more... she is sleeping very less cry... not taking formula milk... plz advice what to do

hi Sarneet, increase various pulses in your diet , specially masoor daal , milk and dry fruits.

Hi, take more methi leaves curry, soak methi seeds for eight hours then drink that with seeds, garlic and milk.. Drumsticks, eat full of bottle gourd, snake gourd, Ridge gourd curry.

Hi plz take galact granules that available in market.. Two teaspoon of galact granules with glass of milk twice daily plus drink atleast 3 litres of water.. U need to keep urself hydrated

Hi, u can have oats , tapioca pearls(sabudana), methi tea , almonds ,stay hydrated drink lots of water this will help you for sure

And always breast feed first and then give formula if Ur child is still hungry

thanks to all for ur comments..... Sarah how to make tea? I m drinking methi water.... dissolving methi whole night in water and then drinking it in morning....

Soak 1teaspoon of methi seeds in a cup of waTer overnight morning boil that water along with seeds strain it nd drink on empty stomach

U can have ' rawa or baajre ki ganji' atleast twice a day for insufficient milk

I m facing unique kind of prblm now.... in a day 2-3 times milk supply is less or their is not at all any supply otherwise it's good.... my daughter stops sucking when it's less and cry very loud that I m cry u r not giving milk..... what's the reason behind it? how I solve it?
