intermittent fever

my baby boy is 10 and half months old and he is having intermittent mild fever with cough and cold... for past three days... our paediatrician prescribed require medicines... we r following that correct order... yesterday his body temperature came normal so I stopped giving fever syrup from yesterday night... but today evening he got mild fever... where his forehead was not hot... but his palms and body is slightly increased in temperature... is it normal??

hi Janakidevi suppuraj ! fever is never a problem in itself ,it is an indicator of some infection inside. doctor must have prescribed medicine for that , with the dosage and number of days it needs to be given. since he has done a proper check up , please follow your doc's advise and complete the course prescribed.
