Your baby is perfectly fine. Doctors take precautions as the iron n multivitamins that u eat for yourself in food n supplements may be only enough for you. As your body also requires them to recover. As the baby grows his requirement also increases. At that time your milk shall not be enough. Baby has very less immunity till 1. I believe you can give the iron multivitamin and D3

Every baby has a different weight at birth time. It is as per his body requirement and growth. At passage of 6 months the weight should be double of the birth weight. If at 3-4 months is in proportion or anywhere in between it's perfectly fine

Thanks for you answer. as far as precaution is the concern, that's fine. but I want my baby to keep away from antibiotics as much as possible and give her natural immunity. what I believe is this vitamin and iron is required for babies are not on feeding or if the mother is doing job and unable to take care their babies 100%.

Hitesh it's not antibiotic. Mother is indeed doing good job and shall always do. Food is the only input in mother's body. This food has to suffice the requirements of two bodies. Generally these days we make food in non stickers not iron utensils. We don't eat raw vegetables and don't take care of variety of vitamins intake. We don't have sunlight. Keeping in view you will not even come to know when the deficiencies have started creeping in.
