Ya pls avoid coffee or tea .. why don't you give fruit milk shake instead .. you have to give 16onces of milk everyday or 2year olds .. you can manage accordingly .. u can use different fruits like mango , chikoo, banana, straberry etc

another tip for u is instead of giving artificial energy boosters u can try the following recipe tricks... 1. badam milk powder: soak almonds for about 15-20mins, drain the water and dry them completely. add a pinch of saffron n a small cinnamon stick to it and grind into a fine powder... mix in warm milk or cold milk make it like a shake n give ur girl.. u can do the same with pistachio nuts also 2. date syurp: soak about 2 fresh dates in some warm water.. desees the dates and blend in with some milk... add milk according to the requirement .... optionally u can use warm or cold milk to make it like a shake too 3. chocolate milk: melt some dark chocolate on a double broiler or in a microwave.. make sure u don't burn it.... milk it in milk n give ...cold or warm.... 4. fruit milkshake: u can use apple, mango n such fruits to blend with milk n give in the form of shakes alternate a variety each day it will not be routine n ur baby will get healthy drink too... cold , warm or room temperature... choice is urs.... hope this info helps
