Is it right thing to keep them with their grand parents inst

Hi, I am having two kids. Daughter 3. 5 years old and son 1. 10 months old. Recently my wife got a job so we decided the keep our kids with their grand parents. So my kids are 250 km away from us. we are meeting them after each 15 days.. BTW my kids are enjoying more with their grand parents as they can play with lot of kids and enjoy the freedom as they used to get bored in flat, as door is always closed. Is it right thing to keep them with their grand parents instead of keeping them in day care?

Hi Vaibhav. I have a similar situation with my two kids and being a working mother. I can say that you are very lucky that your parents are helping you with this situation. Homely care is anytime better than the day care. I am using a day care facility so can tell. Considering that parents are older you should also consider providing them with a full time or part time (12 hrs) maid to help them take care of such small kids. Cheers.
