Is poha nutritious enough for 1 year and 3 months old babies

I am parent of 1+ year baby boy. How helpful poha for 1 year+ toddlers & its benefits for children? Is it sufficient for child development?

hi vineeta! a 1 year old can have mashed dal roti, Dalia, poha, upma, pureed fruit and vegetables, ragi, oats, egg yolk, dry fruits ,. cow's milk, red meat etc.. poha could be just one of the meals.. add vegetables to it to make it nutritious..
