hi Deepthi! not at all. joining sports is not wrong but too much focus on it could be. you need to help your child divide time in such a manner that she gets to pay attention to studies as well. use her strength in motivating her to do well in studies as well. u need to sit and talk with her and explain to her how much studies are important . I am sure u must have been doing that already but now try doing it in a way she understands best I. e. with love. sit with her while she is studying to rework and rekindle that lost interest. appreciate her all this while. help her achieve good marks and once she gets that praise and reward , she will soon be back on track. Deepthi don't loose hope and keep motivating her. hope this helps!

hi Deepthi, joing sports is not wrong but paying all the attention and spending whole time on it is not good. make a routine and fix the timing of study and games. Dont allow her to play until and unless she completes her academic work.
