Hi mommies, my little one is 8 months old now. I'm giving solid food for him. But, my little baby is not accepting plain water to drink when ever I feed him he gets a little cough immediately after giving water. What is the reason for that? This is the summer time, so I want to feed him more liquid food than solid food. So , can we give juices for 8 months baby? What is the best way to prepare the juices ? How to prepare the juices? How can we feed the juices to the little one either using a feeding bottle or sippers? What are the list of fruits to feed the baby ? Please give me some tips?

I feed my daughter freshly squeezed orange juice and water melon juice. I use the regular juicers available in the market to prepare them. Never give the packaged juice to little babies. Fresh juice made at home is always better.
