we all are aware of side effects of junk food. But still feed our kids with empty calories. Even when kids become fussy to eat vegetables and fruits generally parents offer junk food. we introduce junk food to them. and now kids love it. How to switch them to vegetables and fruits. Parents your valuable replies are needed.

Hi @deepti ! Be a role model. When hungry have salad, fruits, milk, or something healthy and nutritious. Fix a day in a week for junk food so that child knows and is prepared for it. Add fruits and vegetables everything possible like knead Ghia in atta, stuffed prantha ,Atta noodles with veggies, dosa with stuffed paneer, whole wheat pizza base with veggies
