Hi Rukhsar ! U need to restrict gadget time and reduce it to 45 minutes in a day. Make sure u plan something age appropriate and engrossing so that child find its more interesting than watching a gadget. For instance plan to preare a dish with your child. Give the dish yr child's name and tell everyone that he made it. So giving him the credit would help him feel motivated enough to involve further in such activities. Or plan indoor board games such as puzzles,scrabble etc. or plan DIY activity which child would enjoy doing with u such as bubble wrap drawing. Sharing with u some interesting ideas.
