Kindly share a eating routie timetable for 4 year old so that I can be able to manage the food my clid is fusy eater and moreover I think i am not able to compleye his protien vitamn and more requirement with food i am giving to him he is very week

anchal my daughter is also 4 years old you can give full cream milk, full cream curd, fresh vegetables soup, fresh fruits juice or fruits, pulses, porridge, suji cheela, besan cheela etc.

Give home made made all the necessary vitamins or mineral will b fulfill. Give lots of water to your child.

Hi anchal ! My son is also of the same age . Pleased to share you his routine -5 almonds on empty stomach(soaked in water overnight and skin peeled off ) a glass of fresh cream milk at morning and at evening, breakfast , a fruit around 11 (preferrably banana, grapes, orange, watermelon, strawberries , apple) , lunch with a vegatable side dish everyday . Evening a glass of milk and one egg prepared in different verieties everyday just to make him eat ( omlette, boiled egg- sliced and sprinkled pepper powder with salt and turmeric, scrambled egg sweet (egg-milk-sugar - elachi mixed together) , egg dosa, egg 65, french toast etc. Dinner at night . A vegetable a day is very important atleast 6-8 spoons daily. sundals, corn as evening snacks sometimes. Non - veg ( fish, chicken, mutton) twice a week . Greens once in a week . This is how I feed my son everyday .
