Hi mommies my breast milk s reduced many of my friends adviced to take lactonic granules to increase milk supply. I used to take many home remedies like garlic methi seeds with water bt still it is not increased.. tl me Ur suggestions whether I can have tis power r nt

R u able to latch on d baby properly? follow these: 1. Insert not only d nipple but also d black portion around d nipple specially on lower part 2. Baby lips should be turned outwards n mouth should be widely open 3. baby chin should touch mom's breast 4. Hold the baby whole body with support n not just his head. 5. Baby's body should be in close association with ur body.

hi Romi I used to drink more water 4 times milk including garlic daily hvng few veggies too suddenly from 2 days ly git reduced

R u taking required 500 calories extra as a lactating mommy? r u taking a glass of water each time before feeding? u should consume atleast 4-5 litres of water per day. u should continue to have healthy diet even after childbirth. At times baby care becomes so hectic that mommies dont get time to take care of themselves. But atleast make it sure to have those extra calories as u r a breastfeeding mom. Please consult a local doc / midwife to show u proper position n attatchment of holding baby. Faulty technique of breastfeeding should be rectified as soon as possible. Mothers milk is sufficient for d baby. But holding of ur baby should also be proper

Keep taking jeera as much as you can. Mix jeera in your roti also. Jeera seeds don't use powder. For the lactogen in granules better consult ur doc ones.

Use jeera in ur diet as much as possible. Jeera increases ur milk production. Increase ur milk intake as well.
