less appetite don't even feel hungry. I m try to give them all kind of food like fruits. veggies, rice,sun I,Dalai etc even though they don't take food

I have twins one baby boy nd one girl they r now 1yr5 moth weight a 8kg500gm.. really to worry. less appetite don't even feel hungry. I m try to give them all kind of food like fruits. veggies, rice,sun I,Dalai etc even though they don't take food .please suggest
