my daughter is 2. 8yrs she is 11. 3kgs only what to do for weight gain. Daily she used to have 1omlet, 1small glass of milk, dal in meal

Include one small banana in her daily diet. it is good for baby health and helps to gain weight. you can add little ghee to her diet if she likes .

i will include ghee with dal nd night meal too..... banana she used to take once in 2 r 3days

she used to have ragi porridge morning when she goes to school mostly except when she is suffering frm cold...

till last month she used to have whatever we eat...... afterdat she got fever cold cough..... now she is having only dal. rice and egg rice
