how to improve kids listening skills?

Hi Preetha Krishnamoorthy ! U could make sure u make them sit when u talk. Maintain eye contact. tell them to listen to you and then when u r done , they could speak.. u could also praise the child when he listens to u. When he speaks give him a patient ear. TRY AND make him listen to early morning birds chirping sound and tell u how many different sounds he can listen to. play different sounds using different objects in a room and make him blindfolded and tell him to guess which sound was it?
