I was 59kgs while I delivered my baby girl 2 months back... after my discharge from hospital I was 52.. n suddenly I've become 47kgs.. :( that is worrying me.. I kind of feel weakness.. though my baby is growing healthier n she's on breastfeeding.. I've plenty of milk to feed.. my diet is well.. but I think my diet goes in producing milk for my baby.. need help with gaining weight now..

Enjoy being skinny. You might not be like that forever. :)

I had a similar situation. I lost a lot of weight after my delivery since my baby was breastfeeding. He was actually a bit overweight as well. Even with a healthy diet I was constantly losing weight. I was happy because everyone had said that I will pump up after delivery and will have to do a lot of exercise to lose weight. But then after 6 months when my baby started on solids, I gradually started gaining weight. But still consult a doctor if you are worried. Breastfeeding does make you lose weight specially if your baby is feeding a lot.
