it is v imp to have ur Iron medicine daily, try to take it with some sources of Vitamin C which helps in better iron absorption in our body. And of course take dry fruits n green leafy vegetables.

hi,dont worry... ur dr wud have advised to take 2 iron tablets a day i suppose.... most important thing is avoid taking milk or any other calcium containing food including ur calcium tablet along with iron tablet as it wud interfere with absorbtion of iron.... instead take lemon juice along with ur iron tablet as vitamin c favours absorbtion of iron.... by doing these 2 u wudnt waste the iron u r taking .....other good sources of iron r.. dates, pomogranet, apple, dry fruits ,green leafy vegetables(especially drum stick leaves... which can b made as salade or added even to dosa or chappathi and had daily which contain enough amt of iron needed)..... if u r a non vegetarian then take mutton liver which boost up iron rapidly... good luck.... apart from iron take protein rich food also.... thank u
